Guilford 4 mile road race
Today Fabiola and I ran the 4-mile Guilford Savings Bank Run. I did 39:52 and Fabiola did 40:16.
It was raining a bit during the race, but we survived. What was a nasty surprise was that the flyer said that the course was “flat and easy", but in reality it had quite a few slopes…
