Spaghetti with Chipotle Cream Sauce
One of my heretical inventions:
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 12-16 oz sour cream (Mexican is best)
- 1/3 - 2/3 cup chipotle sauce
- 0-2 tbsp butter
Cook and drain the pasta (follow box directions). Add everything else and mix. So simple any bachelor can make it!
